ICT Management for rural development

There are several citizen centralized services for the citizens, that are part of E-Governance. In India. 
Refers to technologies that provides acces to information thriugh several sources and platforms. Information Technologies refers to 


There are others policies and programmes focussed in rural deveolpment.

- In India, Ministry or rural development leads all the strategies begining with the agrarian reform act, wich one of its articles order that eevery propietary can't take more than 54 Acres of land in India.  

“Rural development implies both the economic betterment of people as well greater social improvement”

- Microfinancial models are well known like th programme designed by Dr. Muhammad Yunus from Grameen Bank in Bangladesh. Also Colombia and other countries has adopted his estrategy into their poicies against poverty.


- Rural Development Self Emplyment Training  Initiative (RVDSETI)
National Rural Livelihoods Mission

- National rural livehoods mission for self employment and skill development (NRLM).

- Indira Awaas Yojana (IAY) for providing housing to BPL households, 

Otther example is the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Gurantee Acti for providing wage employment (MGNREGA)


These strategies are articulated with the national plan for ICT
There are programs in charge ones of the national government, other in charge of statal governments.

The plan also has a infrastructure and capacity building plan, that is based in integrated networks by territorial levels: Wide area network, city area network, state area networks and national network,  that lyes in state data centres interconnected through hole country.
